TISA is a family business in the most positive sense: it was founded in 1990 by Günther and Brigitte Adami in St. Margrethen, Switzerland. Today, the company is represented at 10 locations in Switzerland, Austria and Germany and employs over 110 people. As an architect for customized transport solutions, TISA offers a wide range of services, including international transport, warehouse logistics and customs clearance. The company places particular emphasis on personal customer service, flexibility and the highest quality.

Like so many family businesses today, TISA was faced with the challenge of making marketing and sales more efficient and creating a sustainable customer journey.

An outdated website, both technologically and in terms of customer experience, made it difficult to maintain a strong digital presence and access potential customers.

At the same time, a fragmented system landscape - with a CRM as an ERP extension and isolated tools for lead management and newsletter marketing - prevented a holistic view of the customer and blocked automation potential for personalised processes.

In addition, outbound and inbound strategies were rarely used, and outdated branding made it difficult to target the right audience.

A comprehensive transformation was needed to get marketing and sales back on track.

A new brand identity was developed for TISA Speditions AG to build trust and ensure long-term success.

The focus was on modern imagery, clear design guidelines and a memorable tonality. In addition to revising the colour scheme, we also defined the typography and icons to ensure a consistent look.

We also helped create and optimise content for multiple channels - from social media posts, ads and brochures to compelling headlines. We also created on-site videos to authentically showcase the brand.

Ongoing design and marketing consultancy completed the project and made the brand fit for the future.

A digital reboot with impact.

A comprehensive website relaunch was implemented to replace the outdated infrastructure. We worked with stakeholders to define their goals and requirements in order to develop a visually and technically compelling solution to replace the outdated infrastructure.

The relaunch included the creation of a modern UI design, technical implementation including CRM integration and SEO support for smooth migration and optimal searchability.

Salesforce was implemented as the central CRM system to optimise customer relationships, increase sales efficiency and target marketing.

A clearly defined solution design - based on stakeholder requirements - was the basis for a successful implementation.

This included migrating data from the old CRM and integrating with existing systems (e.g. ERP) to create a single database. The result: a Salesforce MVP for the Sales and Marketing Cloud, which is continually evolving.

A structured approach - from scoping and requirements analysis, through process definition and automation, to testing and go-live - created a future-proof solution that enables sustainable growth.

For TISA Speditions AG, we developed a performance marketing strategy based on precise targeting and efficient conversion optimisation.

We worked with the client to identify the relevant target audience and managed the initial touch points through newsletters and social media. We used SalesViewer to analyse website visits and identify businesses.

Using our Salesforce CRM, we were able to qualify leads through grading and scoring, and drive them to conversion with tailored actions. The two-month pilot campaign was continuously optimised, with a focus on scalability and maximum performance.
