Daulto GmbH, a leading provider of sustainable heating technology, faced significant challenges: an inefficient sales process without CRM support, manual invoice management that led to errors, and complex order processing that was difficult to orchestrate. To solve these problems, Daulto implemented the Salesforce Customer 360 platform, which enables seamless integration of all business processes. Highlights of our joint project include:
Integrated sales and marketing CRM: The implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud optimized the entire lead process. The integrated CRM system enabled more efficient sales cycles and improved collaboration between sales and marketing.
Seamless invoice management: The integration of Salesforce into invoice management enabled automated and error-free invoicing directly from CRM data. This led to a significant improvement in tracking.
Optimized order management: The planned introduction of a Salesforce-based order management system will simplify the entire order processing workflow. This includes the seamless integration of warehouse management and field service management.

Silhouette Direct to Consumer Transformation
The renowned eyewear brand Silhouette faced the challenge of transforming its business model from a traditional dealer relationship to a direct-to-consumer approach that included e-commerce. In doing so, Silhouette had to take a close look at customer journeys and the associated journey management and marketing automation. To make this change a success, we were hired as consultants to provide comprehensive support at both the technological and business levels. Three highlights from the project:
Market and customer research: We conducted comprehensive market and customer research to identify the needs of end customers and derive the requirements for the new direct-to-consumer approach. This laid the foundation for a targeted digital strategy.
Vendor selection: Based on the identified requirements and in line with the existing IT infrastructure, we supported Silhouette in selecting the right providers for the implementation of marketing automation and other digital solutions.
Implementation of the marketing automation solution: Our team supported the implementation of the marketing automation solution, including system integration and rollout. This solution enabled Silhouette to efficiently manage its customer journeys and optimally align its marketing processes with its new business goals.

Marketing Operation Consulting at Trotec
Trotec, a leading provider of professional machines and solutions for air treatment and measurement technology, faced the challenge of successfully implementing the global rollout of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for marketing campaigns after an initial attempt failed and responsibility was transferred to headquarters. Since headquarters was already using SFMC for basic marketing automation and transactional emails, it was decided to use the tool as the central instrument for future marketing automation.
We then developed a comprehensive concept to further develop SFMC as a central platform. The most important use cases for business users were prioritized, while at the same time defining a target vision for the processes and distribution of roles between HQ, business units, and regions. A central element of the solution was the definition of local enablement and global support services to provide optimal support to the regions and strengthen collaboration.
The result was a blueprint for centralized SFMC marketing operations, which included a backlog list of the most important use cases and technical requirements. In addition, a program design and roadmap for the transformation of global marketing processes were created, laying the foundation for successful, long-term implementation.
