Marketing automation with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).

The design concept for the website was developed based on the new corporate design. The overall goal was to support Jaggaer's sales activities. The focus was on lead nurturing and conversion optimization in order to support structured sales in different countries and locations and to map this process accurately and efficiently.

To initiate lead generation, a variety of content (such as case studies and white papers) was made available on the website for users to download in exchange for business data. The website forms were integrated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) to provide a structured view of leads for the sales team. This B2B marketing automation software from CRM giant Salesforce allows the data collected on the website to be transferred to the CRM and an automated newsletter to be sent to these leads.

The logic and content of the newsletter automation can be customized by country and department to best support the sales goals of each branch.

Step 2: Lead Generation

Users can download content directly (by entering their company information). Captured data is sent directly to Salesforce CRM via the integrated Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) form.

Step 3: Marketing Automation

Jaggaer uses its acquired leads to continuously reach out to its prospects through newsletter marketing. Emails are automatically targeted and sent through Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).

Technical implementation of the website

UI/UX design and Wordpress development

The clarity of the content-visual concept of the Jaggaer website is continued in the technical search engine optimization and the associated performance optimization with regard to loading times. The WordPress based CMS was customized for the international editorial team. The defined components and modules from the UI/UX process are available to the employees in the content management system as a modular system. Thanks to these modules, CMS users can flexibly design the page or content structure and customize it for each language or country version.
