Natascha loves Lego. She is particularly fond of Lego flowers, as their real-life counterparts are prone to botanical tragedies. She spends hours immersed in the colourful bricks - whether strictly following the instructions or just going wild. This love of building and combining goes far beyond Lego.
Natascha also loves everything to do with composable system architectures. As she explains to us, it's basically like Lego: you take the best technologies and 'put them together' so that customers can get the most out of them. For her (and for us), the next level of Lego in the business world is MACH - so "Lass mal MACH machen" (Let´s do MACH)
As a Digital Transformation Manager, she's always keeping an eye on the market to bring the best technology to customers. Whether it's improving poor manual processes or tackling the next big thing in automation, Natascha knows her stuff. And she knows: 'A bad process is a bad process, even if you digitise it.
