Lars is an expert at bringing order to chaos - both in the digital world and in real life. As Director PIM and PXM consultant at TOWA, he helps organisations transform scattered information into a clear, structured entity. To him, data is like a big jigsaw puzzle: individual elements that seem insignificant at first glance, but which come together to form a valuable picture.

In addition to his passion for data, Lars has been closely involved with competitive dance for decades. Formerly an active dancer and coach, he now volunteers as President of the Bremen Dance Association, where he also contributes his expertise to the state and national level. For Lars, dance is much more than a sport - it is expression, athleticism, rhythm, perfection and pure devotion. He is committed to promoting dance and supporting clubs and athletes. The combination of discipline and creativity that characterises dance is also reflected in his professional approach, where every detail contributes to a harmonious whole.

Lars seeks out nature to clear his mind. Growing up on the North Sea coast, the sea has always been a part of his life - perhaps because his father was a sea captain. Whether it is sailing, where he enjoys the feeling of freedom, or hiking in the mountains, where he is inspired by the silence and vastness, both worlds offer him relaxation, strength and new perspectives.
