The starting point

With the launch of its new website in 2020, Plansee took an important first step towards professionalizing marketing and digital lead generation.

In order to build on this first technical milestone, it was necessary to define and sharpen the strategic framework for marketing. The basis for this was the development of a comprehensive marketing concept along a holistic customer journey.

In addition to the application packages, the organizational framework was essential. A successful implementation of the concept requires a rethinking of existing organizational structures towards marketing as an active supporter of sales.

Now, in the execution of the concept, the identified application packages need to be put into practice together with Plansee and the relevance of marketing within the organization needs to be strengthened to become a significant driver of lead generation and as part of sales.

Embracing sustainability

Plansee has been committed to sustainability since its founding. For example, the company name itself refers to the "Plansee", which has provided electricity for production from the very beginning. However, this sustainability identity also needed to be communicated externally.

Effective sustainability communication helps support a company's long-term sustainability strategy, engage stakeholders, build trust and ultimately make a positive contribution to society and the environment.

Our conclusion

It was clear to us that this wasn't just about a single campaign, but an integrated and honest solution for Plansee's activities in the ongoing communications process. In the sense of: Adding value and staying on target - communication cannot be an end in itself when it comes to this topic.
