Together with the global player Welser Profile, we set out to develop an ideal customer platform that would map all of the company's different processes and place a strong focus on individual customer needs.

The "Design Sprint" method is a further development of the well-known Google Ventures Design Thinking process, which enables companies to find innovative solutions to complex challenges.
We brought our team of experts together with all stakeholders in an interdisciplinary team to develop a prototype-based customer portal in just five days. By focusing on the essentials and working closely together as a team, complex problems were solved quickly.

With the help of rapid prototyping, various ideas and visions for digital products can be visualized quickly and easily.
