System architecture & implementation for VTEX
As a VTEX agency in Germany and Austria, we design a future-proof, API-first-based solution architecture and seamlessly integrate VTEX into your existing system landscape, such as ERP and PIM. The architecture, based on over 70 microservices, enables agile implementation, avoids the vendor lock-in of traditional monoliths and eliminates

Seamless system integration with VTEX
We use VTEX's API-first architecture to deeply integrate your commerce platform into your IT ecosystem and eliminate data silos.
Connection of core systems: Seamless integration of your ERP and PIM systems for automated data exchange in real time.
Custom API development: Individual interfaces (REST, GraphQL) for complex requirements where standard solutions are not sufficient.
Integration via middleware: Efficient control and monitoring of data flows via proven platforms such as Mulesoft and Talend.

PIM integration & product data optimisation for VTEX
Consistent, high-quality product data is the foundation for sophisticated B2B commerce scenarios on VTEX. As your partner, we design and implement PIM systems as a central data source (‘single source of truth’) that interact seamlessly with the VTEX platform.
We ensure a robust connection to the VTEX Catalog API to guarantee automated synchronisation of your product data in real time. This not only improves data quality and efficiency, but is also a prerequisite for complex VTEX functions such as the management of thousands of individual price lists and customer-specific catalogues.

Case study: Thomann
We implemented a future-proof B2B platform on VTEX for steel distributor Thomann. The core task was to integrate various ERP systems (Stawikon, DESI) via middleware in order to digitise traditional steel trading.
Speed & agility: The SaaS stack with native B2B features ensured a quick project start, while the API-first architecture enables future business models such as marketplaces.
Flexible expandability: The modular structure and the low-code platform VTEX IO allow for easy customisation of components and the development of individual, future-proof workflows.
Scalability & efficiency: The cloud-native architecture scales automatically, reducing maintenance costs compared to monoliths and thus lowering the total cost of ownership.

VTEX recognised as a Challenger in Gartner's Magic Quadrant
VTEX has been recognised as a ‘Challenger’ in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Commerce 2024, highlighting the platform's ability to provide B2B companies with an agile and future-proof solution.
Strategic architecture: The platform is recognised for its ‘composable and complete’ approach, which combines the flexibility of a microservices architecture with the completeness of a B2B solution.
Proven business value: A study conducted by Forrester Consulting confirms the economic success with a return on investment (ROI) of 133% and significant cost savings.
