VP Bank AG
In order to build up the design system of the Liechtenstein bank in a sustainable and successful way, the existing design team of VP Bank should not only build up competence in UI/UX design, but also gain confidence in dealing with Figma. From the right file structure, to the right Figma package, to components and variants. With a mixture of self-learning approaches, iterative workshop units and ongoing coaching along a guided process to set up the design system, this all-round approach was successfully trained.
Today, the VP Bank team is actively involved in the further development of the design system and operates on an equal footing with its external partners.
Reed Exhibition
Multiple stakeholders and technical limitations made it difficult to create a consistent and success-oriented user experience. To enable Reed Exhibition's internal team to make the necessary optimisations, a training concept was developed and implemented that focused on user experience and user psychology. The overall goal was to optimise conversion rates through targeted measures and the necessary methodological know-how to measure and test success.
We now only support the team as a sparring partner for specific challenges - always with the aim of reducing the need for our support in the long term and passing on our knowledge.
Meusburger
Numerous digital touchpoints and an analog corporate manual without guidelines for the digital applications. To ensure a uniform experience across various touchpoints (website, customer portal, store, etc.), a comprehensive design system was developed in Figma.
This not only ensured consistency, but also increased the speed of design and development.
Initially set up and maintained by our experts, it is now time to train the internal design team at Meusburger with regard to UI/UX and Figma in order to function as an integrated team in the future.
