Tanja - Managing Partner
With a strong passion for people, teams, and culture, Tanja has been shaping the way we work at TOWA for many years. As Managing Partner, she leads the entire People, Culture & Organisation division and ensures that our values are not just words, but truly come to life every day. Her focus is on building structures that enable growth, fostering open communication, and creating a work environment where everyone can thrive.
Patrizia - Director HR
Our Director of HR, Patrizia, is responsible for the entire HR department. She focuses on strategic HR issues and recruiting. But she also likes to get involved in people development and employer branding. In short: Diversity across the board!
Kasia - Senior HR Manager
As an experienced Senior HR Manager, Kasia is the driving force behind smooth People & Culture processes. From payroll and time management to handling remote work topics and your requests, she makes sure everyone at TOWA can thrive. She also manages internal HR processes, takes care of employee benefits, and actively contributes her expertise to strategic HR topics.
Amanda – Talent Acquisition Manager
Amanda is taking our recruiting to the next level! She orchestrates everything from A to Z - from sourcing new talent, to screening and interviewing, to expanding our employer branding. She is also the point of contact for all our colleagues.
Julia - Office & Event Manager
Julia makes sure everything runs smoothly at TOWA - from fully stocked snack drawers to perfectly organized events, trainings, and workshops. With her organizational talent and warm personality, she creates an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and can work productively.
Carina - Office & Event Manager
Our all-rounder Carina ensures our Vienna office is always in top shape – and she’s the heart and soul behind every event. Whether it’s a team breakfast, summer party, or travel management: with her eye for detail and unshakable calm, she keeps everything running smoothly and puts a smile on our faces time and again.
Monika - Senior Office & HR Manager
Monika is the heart of our Kraków office – not only does she keep everything running smoothly on-site, but she also ensures that our internal HR processes are seamless. Whether it’s contracts or administrative workflows: Monika always keeps a clear overview, finds a solution to every challenge, and brings calm, structure, and a big dose of warmth to the team.
