Liability disclaimer
Despite careful control of the content, we do not assume any liability for the content of external links. The operators of the linked pages are solely responsible for their content.
Access data/server log files
The provider (or their web space provider) collects data about every access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes:
Name of the retrieved web page, file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
The provider uses the protocol data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to retrospectively check the protocol data if there is justified suspicion of unlawful use based on specific indications.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that make it possible to store specific device-related information on the user's access device (PC, smartphone, etc.). On the one hand, they serve to make websites more user-friendly and thus serve the users (e.g. storage of login data). On the other hand, they serve to collect statistical data on website use and to be able to analyze it for the purpose of improving the offer. Users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option that limits or completely prevents the storage of cookies. However, it should be noted that the use and in particular the user comfort are restricted without cookies.
You can manage many online ad cookies from companies via the US site http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU site http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/.
Revocation, changes, corrections and updates
The user has the right to request information about the personal data stored about him or her free of charge. In addition, the user has the right to correct inaccurate data and to block or delete his or her personal data, provided that this does not conflict with any legal obligation to retain it.
Inclusion of services and content from third parties
It may be the case that content from third parties, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, is included in this online offering. This always assumes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) are aware of the user's IP address. This is because without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We endeavor to use only content from providers who use the IP address solely for the delivery of this content. However, we have no influence over whether the third-party providers store the IP address for statistical purposes, for example. If we become aware of this, we will inform users.
Newsletter
We use the newsletter to provide you with information about us and our offers.
If you wish to receive the newsletter, we require a valid e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided or that the owner agrees to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected. This data is used only for sending the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties.
When registering for the newsletter, we store your IP address and the date of registration. This storage serves solely as proof in the event that a third party misuses an e-mail address and registers to receive the newsletter without the knowledge of the authorized party.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time. The revocation can be made via a link in the newsletters themselves, in your profile area or by sending a message to the contact options above.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
You can prevent the installation of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the features of this website to their full extent. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
Google Adwords (Google Remarketing)
This website uses the remarketing feature of Google Inc. (“Google”). This feature is designed to present interest-based ads to visitors to the site as part of the Google advertising network. The visitor's browser stores so-called “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to enable the visitor to be recognized when he or she visits websites that belong to the Google advertising network.
These pages can then be used to present the visitor with advertisements that relate to content that the visitor has previously accessed on websites that use Google's remarketing function. Google states that it does not collect any personal data during this process. However, if you do not want Google's remarketing function to be used, you can disable it by making the appropriate settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads.
Alternatively, you can disable the use of cookies for interest-based advertising through the Network Advertising Initiative by following the instructions at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp. For more information about Google Remarketing and Google's privacy policy, please visit: http://www.google.com/privacy/ads/.
Conversion tracking with the Facebook pixel
With your consent, which you have given by accepting our cookies, we use the “visitor action pixel” of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) within our website. This allows us to track the behavior of users after they have clicked on a Facebook ad and been redirected to the provider's website. This procedure is used to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and can help optimize future advertising efforts.
The data collected is anonymous to us and does not provide us with any information about the identity of the user. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with the Facebook data usage guidelines (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). They can enable Facebook and its partners to place ads on and off Facebook. Furthermore, a cookie may be stored on your computer for these purposes.
Consent to the use of the visitor action pixel may only be given by users older than 13 years of age. If you are younger, we ask that you ask your legal guardian for permission.
