Joining TOWA at the beginning of 2019, he is our ace in the hole for digital innovation and behavioural economics. His enthusiasm and fascination revolve around questions of how we behave in the digital space, and how digital products and services can change people's behaviour. With his sensitivity to social issues and his vision for digital trends, he finds answers to even the most complex questions.

2in1: A true Vorarlberg native and globetrotter in one. Willi lived in Brazil for a year at the age of 16. Since then he has had two hearts beating in him, one from Vorarlberg and one from Brazil, which has fuelled his spirit of discovery and taken him to places such as Manaus in the Amazon, Buenos Aires, Lisbon, the UK, Hamburg and now Vienna.

Studying economics in Vienna answered some of Willi's questions, but also raised new ones. So he decided to go deeper. Deeper into the complexity of human behaviour. That's why Willi specialised in behavioural economics in his master's degree.

With an excellent master's degree in his pocket, Willi put his skills to the test for 2.5 years at a management consultancy in Zurich and Vienna. He now brings his knowledge to the digital world. Whether developing innovative products and services, optimising communication & conversion or establishing digital products in a company. Outside of work, Willi is passionate about new things, be they new countries, cultures or people. This gives our globetrotter a lot of energy. For balance, you can also find him sunbathing on the beach, skiing or passionately cheering on a football match.
