Since January 2021, Patrizia has been responsible for HR as Senior HR Manager, where she practices the discipline of "versatility". She is the point of contact for recruitment and also focuses on strategic HR issues such as employer branding and people development.

Patrizia juggles her job, family, house, garden and freelance coaching. Even though she lives by the lake, her SUP is not one of her closest friends. Her yoga mat is a different story. Who knows, maybe the next ball will be in the air as she trains to become a yoga teacher. Patrizia started her career in the top hotel industry after completing her Bachelor's degree at an American university, so she knows some Hollywood stars personally. Having moved 10 times in 10 years - including for her MBA and to set up her own HR institute - she is not only very flexible when it comes to choosing where to live. Back in her home country, she wanted to stay international, so she decided to take a job at one of the top agencies. We think that's great!
