Malte loves the moment when "we could try that someday" turns into reality – professionally and privately. As Director AI GTM Transformation, he makes sure it actually happens.
Professionally, that mindset led him to found a company early on: for five years, Malte built the startup SYNTINELS together with Florian, a B2B sales intelligence software – a journey that eventually brought them both to TOWA. Today he leads the GTM AI Launchpad: AI that doesn't live in slides, but in the daily work with target customers. His conviction has been the same since day one: too many sales organisations work with a shotgun instead of data. That's exactly what he's changing, with and for TOWA's customers.
Off the clock, he goes by "malo" and stays true to himself here too: every year he picks up a new hobby to learn. Malte DJs (at home, in bars or cafés), photographs everything and everyone (digital with a Fujifilm X100VI, analog with a 90s Olympus), gets creative on canvas, and hunts for space-age furniture at vintage markets. And if anyone's got a boat: he's already got the licence.
