Johanna combines years of experience in sales, leadership and transformation with a genuine enthusiasm for people and digitalisation. At TOWA, she doesn't just want to develop business – she wants to drive topics forward together with customers, create new perspectives, and turn good ideas into concrete results. Real relationships, clarity and a pragmatic focus on what truly matters are especially important to her. That she does all this in Southern Germany is no coincidence: in 2021, Johanna moved from Stuttgart into her grandparents' house in the beautiful Lake Constance region and ever since, you can barely get her away from the lake and the mountains. #heimatliebe.
Off the clock, Johanna is happiest offline: you'll find her in her tomato jungle in the garden, at the stove cooking a five-course gourmet menu (veggie only, please), in Lake Constance or with a cat in her arms and a book in her hand.
