Founder, CEO and marketer. Inspired by podcasts, TED talks, keynotes and the books on his Kindle. Florian is responsible for strategy, sales, HR and finance.
Born in East Westphalia (Germany), he studied Business Administration (B.A. Zeppelin University) and was already intensively involved with the topic of "Entrepreneurship & Business Model Generation" before founding TOWA. Due to his thirst for action, he founded TOWA together with Marko, Matteo & Benjamin during his studies. Since then he has been working on digitalisation and the new business models of our time. Since 2016, he has held various positions in the young economy and since 2018, he has been a member of the national board of the organisation. Outside the office, his life is filled with friends, family, fitness and good food.
