With the addition of Marek Syrek's (formerly Virtua) team, TOWA is not only growing with a fantastic team of digital experts, but also with colleagues who share our values and live our vision.
The integration? For the most part, it went smoothly and quickly. Thanks to Katarzyna from our HR team, who, as a bilingual bridge builder, ensured that the new team felt part of ‘One TOWA’ right from the start. The joint kick-off at the team event in Innsbruck was the perfect starting point for a successful future.

In the ranking of digital agencies in Austria, TOWA is in 5th place - and as a leading transformation partner, we have entered the German BVDW ranking for ‘Strategy & Transformation’ 2025 in 16th place.
A true mixed-shore setup
TOWA employs over 140 people at its locations in Austria, Germany and Poland and we have been pursuing a mixed-shore model for years, in which consultants and developers in Austria and Germany work seamlessly with colleagues in Poland. The addition from Krakow now expands this setup with a permanent local hub and strengthens the proximity to customers in Bregenz, Vienna, Hamburg, Munich and Dortmund. This gives our customers high availability and a short time-to-market - with attractive conditions at the same time.
