Susann Herbrich becomes Director Digital Transformation Consulting

With Susann Herbrich, the digital specialists are filling a key position and strengthening their sales expertise. Her core task is to provide process consulting to drive digital transformation in the sales and marketing organization of B2B champions.


TOWA is taking another strategic step to strengthen its consulting portfolio in B2B sales and has appointed Susann Herbrich as the new Director of Digital Transformation Consulting. In this role, Herbrich will be responsible for building the service portfolio for the sales organizations of TOWA's B2B customers. The 39-year-old is a passionate B2B revenue architect who has been helping B2B companies accelerate and scale their growth for over 15 years. She joins TOWA from Cremanski & Company, where she most recently served as Director of Growth Consulting. With her extensive experience and expertise in the digital transformation of marketing and sales, she is the ideal candidate for her new role at TOWA.


Close integration of marketing and sales

Her core task is to provide process and strategy consulting to drive digital transformation at the interface between marketing and sales for customers. She pays particular attention to the close integration of marketing and sales (revenue architecture) within companies, as sales processes are becoming increasingly digital. This is accompanied by increasing pressure on sales in terms of demand generation, lead generation, closing rates and key account management, as well as the impending demographic change in the departments. The use of digital opportunities is the logical consequence. However, the skills are rarely available.
