With Frank Riemensperger and Daniel Schwartmann, both former managers at Accenture, as well as Harald Mährle, founder and CEO of TCG Corporate Finance, we have gained high-calibre partners. This strategic partnership promises to continue our growth course and develop us consistently - from new locations to the development of our offering.
Our goal? We want to transform the B2B champions and their customer experience in DACH. We plan to open more offices in Germany and focus even more strongly on B2B champions in the upper midmarket. In light of the many "hidden champions" and the increasing pressure to transform the customer experience & customer engagement of B2B business models, we see enormous potential for the coming years.

Frank Riemensperger
Frank Riemensperger speaks "transformation" and "professional service" fluently.
He led Accenture's DACH business for 33 years and was Chairman of the Management Board of Accenture Germany until March 2022. Under his leadership, he developed AccentureInteractive and ultimately AccentureSong together with Daniel Schwartmann.
In addition, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of DAX company Sartorius since March 2022 and a member of the Supervisory Board of SDAX company Dräger since May 2023. He is also an Executive Board Member of acatech - the German Academy of Science and Engineering.
As part of the advisory board, Frank Riemensperger will support the management and the leadership team together with Daniel Schwartmann and Frank Kluge.
Daniel Schwartmann
Daniel Schwartmann combines technology, strategy and M&A for digital services like no other.
For over 20 years at Accenture, he was responsible for M&A in Europe, Latin America and Africa and finally Global Managing Director for inorganic strategy. In these roles, he was a key architect of AccentureInteractive and AccentureSong - the digital services business.
After leaving Accenture, he joined Microsoft's global leadership team and was the Global Lead Growth & Strategy for Microsoft Industry Solutions.
Today he is a Senior Advisor at the private equity fund Bregal and the M&A consultancy TCG Corporate Finance of our co-partner Harald Mährle.
Daniel Schwartmann will support the management and leadership as part of our advisory board.
